Joyce & Rob became managers of The Druid Inn in March 2013. Their passion for real ale and good food was the starting point for an ongoing objective to breathe new life into this 200 year old public house. In recent times the traditional English pub has taken a back seat to more restaurant orientated establishments offering a generic and often characterless experience. This was not to happen with the Druid. As members of CAMRA Joyce and Rob began the task of sourcing quality cask ales to be featured every month showcasing the best of what local and other regions have to offer.

The food menu at the Druid Inn has been developed by experienced head chef Tom Barratt. It features many locally sourced ingredients that are imaginatively combined to create dishes that will appeal to all tastes. The menu changes often, which keeps the kitchen on their toes and adds more variety for our regular customers, although there are one or two dishes that stay by popular demand!
